Delivery And Returns
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Customers may choose a different address for delivery.
Orders received by 2pm are processed the same working day. (Weekends, Bank Holidays, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day are not working days).
Our site cannot recognise a delivery address error, such as incorrect postcode - please check your order confirmation email to ensure you have provided the correct postal address. Counties are no longer required as part of your postal address.
Free 2nd class UK Delivery on orders over £30
Estimated delivery is between 2 to 5 working days. (though rare, some parcels take longer and for this reason Royal Mail do not regard a package as missing until 15 working days).
1st Class UK - £4.99
93% of orders are delivered the next working day, however, this is not a guaranteed service.
Special Next Day Delivery within UK - £7.00
Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday will arrive the following day before 9pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed by 2pm Friday will arrive the following Monday before 9pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Max weight order for this service is 2 kilos. We will contact you if your order exceeds this weight.

UK VAT will be removed from the total goods of your order.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order, as these charges vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges and do not hold current duty rates on file.
If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to Justsloggi Ltd or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to Justsloggi Ltd.

Boxed delivery - £3.00
Ideal if you are buying as a gift. We usually dispatch our orders in polythene bags, however, packaging may get squashed in transit. This option of a box will ensure the packaging stays pristine. Please note this is not a gift wrap service.
Channel Island Customers
When entering your address, please select Jersey or Guernsey instead of United Kingdom - this will ensure VAT is removed from your total.
Our Delivery packaging
Wired bras are dispatched in cardboard boxes. Other items are dispatched in polythene bags - this helps reduce our postal costs tremendously and allows us to offer free UK delivery Sometimes garment boxes may get a bit squashed during transit - it will not affect you returns or exchange rights. These polythene bags can be recycled at supermarkets, in areas when local council do not collect.
Returns Policy
We accept returns of unworn items. These must have been purchased through Justsloggi and be in their original packaging, with swing labels still attached. We cannot accept return when labels have been cut off. Include a brief note stating whether you would like a refund or exchange. Customers pay returns costs - we recommend Royal Mail 2nd Class service (don't forget to ask for a free proof of postage).
If you’ve received the wrong Order or find a fault in the garment:
Please contact us if you’ve received a wrong item or found a fault. We try our best not to make mistakes, however, if you have received the wrong item, or the garment is faulty, please contact us by email or phone, so we can swiftly rectify the issue.
Ensure you enter the correct Delivery Address
Onus is with the customer to provide the correct postal address - please check your order confirmation email and contact us immediately with any address errors.

Please make sure you're entering your card number as one long number, with no spaces.
It also important to answer correctly whether are using a Visa or MasterCard and if it’s a Credit or Debit.
UK banks have added extra security checks for online shopping and your bank may now require you to enter a one-time passcode to authorise online payments. This ensures that payments are made by the rightful owner. Customers should make sure their bank has their correct and up to date contact details, such as mobile number, so your bank can text you a this one-time passcode. We appreciate this is a real problem if you don’t own a mobile phone, or can’t get a signal at home to receive a code. Some banks do have alternative methods, such as emailing or phoning you with a code. If a customer has any specific needs, they should contact their bank to discuss what help is available.

Once the return parcel arrives at Justsloggi and it is processed you will receive an confirmation email. The refund will be credited directly to your PayPal.
